Jonathan Jeffries

Jonathan Jeffries is currently a board member at Wakefield Grammar School Foundation. Prior to this, they were a partner at Pinsent Masons from September 1981 to April 2014. Jonathan's role there was in the Banking and Restructuring Group, dealing with banks and other financial institutions restructuring businesses. Jeffries has also been regularly advising directors on directors' duties and corporates on acquiring businesses from administrations.

In addition, Jeffries has been very involved in mediations, particularly of claims under the insolvency legislation, but also in commercial disputes of every type and complexity.

Jonathan Jeffries has a Bachelor of Laws from Newcastle University.
