Helen Subka

Helen Subka has been with Wakeland Housing and Development Corporation as a Senior Project Administrator since September 2015. Prior to that, Helen held the role of Senior Operations Manager at Hitzke Development Corporation. With experience totaling over $133M in development funding applications, Helen has extensive expertise in managing projects from inception to completion. Helen began their career at Affmed Housing Group as an Administrative Assistant/Funding before moving up to more complex responsibilities within the organization. Helen holds a Bachelor's degree in Education from the University of Tartu Narva College.
