Karolina Ericsson is Vice President & General Counsel of Senior Resource Group (SRG), an owner, developer and operator of senior living communities throughout the United States. Ms. Ericsson oversees all legal matters for SRG, including real estate (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, management agreements, etc.), regulatory compliance, risk management, litigation and the structuring of joint ventures with equity and debt.
Prior to joining SRG, Ms. Ericsson practiced law for over 15 years, mostly recently as Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group and a Shareholder at Gresham Savage Nolan & Tilden, PC where she specialized in all facets of California real estate law with an emphasis on affordable housing.
Ms. Ericsson started her legal career in the real estate group at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, LLP. Prior to practicing law, she was the Housing and Community Development Director for Price Charities and oversaw the development of Village Townhomes, an affordable housing project in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego. Ms. Ericsson received her law degree from Stanford Law School.
