Amber Carlos

Amber Carlos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in guest services and patient access within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Guest Services at WakeMed, Amber is responsible for enhancing the experiences of patients, families, and visitors, overseeing daily operations, and managing staff performance.
