Jeanene Martin

Jeanene Martin has extensive experience in human resources, having served as the Retired Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer at WakeMed Health & Hospitals from June 1997 until retirement. Prior to this, Jeanene held the position of Senior Vice President of HR at ASHHRA from 2008 to 2009, where Jeanene also served as President. Jeanene's earlier roles include Vice President of HR at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital from September 1995 to June 1997 and Director of HR at Rex Healthcare from February 1984 to September 1995. Educationally, Jeanene earned a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a Master of Education in Guidance and Personnel Services from North Carolina State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
