Simon Duffy MBE

Simon Duffy MBE has a diverse range of work experience. Simon is currently the Founder & Managing Director of Waken Mouthcare, a position they have held since January 2019. In addition, they are a Non-Executive Director at The Cheeky Panda, starting in May 2022.

Simon has also held various non-executive director roles, including at Corney and Barrow LTD from November 2015.

Simon founded Bulldog Skincare in 2006 and served as the Founder until October 2021. During their time at Bulldog, they successfully launched the brand in the UK and expanded its presence to over 40 countries worldwide. Edgewell Personal Care acquired Bulldog in 2016.

Simon's work experience also includes advisory board and visiting fellow roles at New College of the Humanities from September 2012 to January 2019.

Earlier in their career, Simon worked at Fahrenheit 212, where they were part of the original co-founding team. Simon worked as the Chief Analyst from January 2004 to June 2006. Prior to Fahrenheit 212, they were a Strategic Planner at Saatchi & Saatchi from June 2002 to January 2004.

Simon began their career as a Consultant & Scholar at Arthur Andersen & Co. in September 1995. Simon provided audit and business advisory services for clients such as Groupe Société Générale and JP Morgan until May 2000.

Simon Duffy MBE pursued their education starting in 1996, when they enrolled at the University of Oxford. Over the course of three years, from 1996 to 1999, they obtained a Master's Degree in Modern History. In 1998, during their studies, they were also granted a scholarship at Dartmouth College, where they focused on the study of History.
