Guillaume Arp

Guillaume Arp has worked in various roles since 2008. In 2008 and 2009, they were a Consultant for Eurodoc and AUSY respectively. From 2010 to 2022, they worked as a Specialist Customer Service Representative for Blizzard Entertainment, where they provided customer support for Blizzard Entertainment products, as well as internal tech support for other representatives and process development and implementation. Guillaume is currently a Data Integration Manager for Wakeo.

Guillaume Arp has a diverse educational background. In 2003-2004, they completed a Licence in Theirtory at the Institut catholique de Paris. Guillaume then pursued a Maîtrise in Gestion de l'information from 2005-2007 at EBD - Les formations de l'information. In 2021-2022, they obtained a Data Analyst certificate from Wild Code School. In 2022, they earned a Data Engineer degree from DataScientest.com and a Concepteur Développeur en Sciences des Données from Jedha Bootcamp. Additionally, they have obtained multiple certifications from DataScientest.com, Dataquest.io, and KNIME.
