Judy Hsia

Judy Hsia is an experienced automation engineer currently working at FUJIFILM Wako Automation, where responsibilities include designing, building, and testing custom laboratory robotic automation systems. Previously, Judy served as a Senior Research Associate at Ludwig Cancer Research, focusing on biochemical assays to identify small molecule inhibitors and effectively presenting findings through data analysis software. At UC Davis, Judy contributed as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Wolf Heyer Laboratory, investigating DNA replication proteins, and held leadership roles as Vice President and Secretary of the Biomedical Engineering Society. Judy also gained experience as an intern at Novozymes, modifying genes in Trichoderma reesei. Judy earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, in 2013.
