Rayan Jameel Saleh

Rayan Jameel Saleh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business and human resources, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of WalaPlus, a company dedicated to enhancing loyalty and happiness for employees and businesses since January 2015. Prior to this, Rayan was a Mentor at Lean Startup Machine, providing guidance on building successful startups from 2015 to 2019. Rayan also held prominent roles at Saudi Telecom Company, including Senior Marketing Analyst focusing on Customer Value Management and HR Business Partner, where Rayan provided HR guidance and held meetings with business units. Rayan's earlier experience includes positions as a Human Resources Professional and Project Officer, along with a Human Resources Officer role at Hedaya. Rayan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, completed in 2011.
