Jim Quasarano

Jim Quasarano is a seasoned professional in the construction industry, currently serving as Vice President of Preconstruction at Walbridge since August 2004. In this leadership role, Jim oversees a team of estimating professionals responsible for developing conceptual budgets that adhere to scope integrity within Guaranteed Maximum Price estimates for projects valued up to $950 million. Core responsibilities include subcontractor selection, cost-effectiveness assessments of bids, budget preparation and monitoring, and collaboration with operations to evaluate alternative systems. Previously, Jim held various positions at Walbridge, including Assistant Vice President and Director of Preconstruction Services, where responsibilities encompassed project preconstruction planning and operational input on schedules and estimates. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Estimator and Senior Estimator at Jomar Building Company and Demaria Building Company.
