Prashant Newaskar has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Prashant started their career as a Planning Engineer at T V S Whirlpool Limited in 1988 and worked there until 1991. Prashant then joined Larsen & Toubro, where they held various positions such as Senior Engineer, Assistant Manager, and Project Manager. Their responsibilities included handling large projects for Nuclear Power Plants, leading teams for the manufacture of critical equipment, and planning and executing heat exchangers for process plants. Prashant also worked on prestigious international projects such as the ITER Cryostat vessel manufacturing. In 2014, they joined LARSEN & TOUBRO LIMITED, Heavy Engineering, as a Deputy General Manager, leading a team for the execution of BARC projects, including manufacturing large over dimensional spherical vessels and critical reactor components. Currently, since 2016, they serve as an Asst Vice President at Walchandnagar Industries Limited.
Prashant Newaskar completed their high school education from CBSE, Senior Secondary School in Bhilai, MP, from 1980 to 1984. Prashant obtained their High School degree in Science. Following that, they attended the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli from 1984 to 1988, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering (Hons).
