Robert Rumelfanger's work experience starts in 1987 at Calgon Corp, where they worked as a Staff Chemist until 1991. Robert then served as a Research Chemist from 1991 to 1993, followed by a promotion to Group Leader from 1993 to 1996. From 1996 to 1998, they worked as a New Product Development Manager, and then as a Product Line Manager from 1998 to 2000.
In 2000, Robert joined Walchem, Iwaki America Inc., where they started as a Regional Sales Manager and is currently working in that position. Additionally, in 2020, they took on the role of Champion Business Development for the Metal Finishing & Surface Treatment Markets, as well as the Municipal Rural Water & Wastewater Markets.
Robert Rumelfanger obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Gannon University, which they completed in the years 1980 to 1984. Robert pursued further education at the University of Pittsburgh, where they acquired a Master of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry between the years 1984 and 1987. Lastly, Robert attended Waynesburg University from 1999 to 2001 and earned a Master of Business Administration degree, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
