Becky Hicks Chartered MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Group HR Business Partner at Morson Group since February 2021, where responsibilities include supporting the HR and recruitment needs of three engineering businesses following the acquisition of Waldeck. Prior to this role, Becky has held various positions, including HR at Waldeck since November 2016, and served in roles related to marketing and recruitment at ABA Consulting Ltd, as well as being part of the dive team at Skegness Aquarium. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Human Resources Management from Nottingham Trent University, as well as several certificates in mental health awareness, counselling skills, and human resources management from Lincoln College. Becky holds a BA in English Language from Sheffield Hallam University and completed secondary education at Kesteven and Sleaford High School.
