Dr. Tobias Otte

Dr. Tobias Otte has a diverse work experience in various IT leadership roles. Dr. Tobias currently serves as the Head of Information Technology at Waldemar Link GmbH & Co. KG since November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Abteilungsleiter IT at HELM AG from 2016 to 2021. Dr. Tobias also served as the Chief Transformation Officer at heine (Otto Group) from 2014 to 2016 and as the Bereichsleiter IT at Otto (GmbH & Co KG) from 2011 to 2014. Before entering the retail industry, Dr. Otte held roles as an Engagement Manager and Managing Consultant at Capgemini from 2004 to 2011. Dr. Tobias began their career at Dräger as a Programm-/Projektleiter from 1999 to 2004.

Dr. Otte obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Computer Science from the University of Wolverhampton. Dr. Tobias pursued this degree from 2005 to 2010.
