Daniel Cohen is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in representing individuals and companies in business disputes. Currently serving as Special Counsel at Walden Macht & Haran LLP since February 2016, Daniel previously held the position of Counsel at Kagen Law Firm from January 2013 to February 2016. Earlier in their career, Daniel was a Partner at Kornstein Veisz Wexler & Pollard, where responsibilities included representing clients in contract, tort, intellectual property, and employment disputes. Daniel's legal journey began as an Associate at Fried Frank and as a Law Clerk for the U.S. Court of Appeals, 2d Circuit. Daniel holds a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Michigan, along with an MA in Philosophy from the same institution, a B. Phil. with Distinction in Philosophy from the University of Oxford, and a BA, Magna Cum Laude, in Philosophy from Princeton University. Daniel's foundational education began at Hillel Day School.
