Jonathan Desantis

Jonathan DeSantis currently serves as Counsel at Walden Macht Haran & Williams LLP, a position held since January 2020. Prior to this role, Jonathan worked as an Associate at Berger Montague from September 2016 to January 2020 and as a Commercial Litigation Attorney at Carlton Fields between September 2014 and September 2016. Jonathan gained judicial experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida from August 2013 to August 2014. Early legal experience includes a Legal Internship at the Atlantic Center for Capital Representation in the summer of 2011. Jonathan earned a Juris Doctor with magna cum laude honors from Stetson University College of Law between 2011 and 2013, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with Honors from Temple University from 2006 to 2010.
