Caspar Noach serves as the Technical Director for the PCAF Secretariat and is also the Director for Supplier Leadership on Climate Transition in Europe. Previously, Caspar held multiple positions at Guidehouse, including Director, Associate Director, and Recruiting & Resource Manager for the Investors and Large Corporates team. Additionally, Caspar is a member of the ISO Greenhouse Gas and Climate Change Management Committee and the Technical Working Group for the Land Sector and Removals Guidance at The Greenhouse Gas Protocol. Caspar Noach earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Business/Managerial Economics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam between 2001 and 2005.
