Don Price currently holds the position of Chair for the US Technical Advisory Group TC22/SC32 at the International Organization for Standardization since January 2014. Additionally, Don serves as the Collaborative Research Leader for the United States Council for Automotive Research LLC until November 2024, focusing on collaborative research projects in electrical connections and wiring. Previously, Don contributed as an Engineer at Ford Motor Company from 2002 to 2013, developing electrical connections and distribution systems for passenger vehicles. Earlier career experience includes various technical and management roles at Lear Corporation related to automotive electrical architecture from 1993 to 2001, and engineering positions at IBM from 1980 to 1993. Don holds a Ph.D. in Advanced Technology from Binghamton University and a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
