Igor Saglier

Igor Saglier is currently the Head of Technologies Profiling at Orange France, managing a team of 10 experts focused on customer experience and problem resolution. With a passion for improving customer experiences and digital technologies, they lead a team of 21 in the Service Management Center, overseeing applications' performance and reliability. Igor has been involved in standardization efforts as a project editor for ISO/IEC committees since 2016 and previously held various roles, including Support Leader at Steria and IT Consultant at Orange. They earned an engineering degree in network and telecommunications from ESIEE Amiens between 2000 and 2003.
