Gregory Phipps

Gregory Phipps, PhD, LCMHC, CRC, NCC, serves as the Associate Dean I and Program Director for the Counselor Education & Supervision Program at Walden University since August 2020, where responsibilities include teaching multicultural counseling and conducting research in cultural competence. Gregory's extensive teaching experience includes roles as Core Faculty, Assessment Coordinator, and Adjunct Instructor across various institutions, such as Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. As the owner of Dr. Gregory S. Phipps Counseling, Gregory provides counseling services while also holding previous positions in outpatient mental health counseling and management roles. Gregory holds a PhD in Rehabilitation Counseling, an MBA in Health Care Administration, and has a foundational degree in Photography and Animation.
