Lindsay Pattison is an experienced business executive and independent director. Lindsay has over 25 years of experience in advertising, media, and communications. Lindsay is currently an independent director at Waldencast, a media company. Lindsay is also the Vice Chair of the Future of Media Global Agenda Council at the World Economic Forum.
Lindsay has previously held various senior positions at WPP, GroupM, and Maxus Global. As Worldwide CEO of Maxus Global, they were responsible for leading the agency’s transformation into a modern, integrated communications company. Under their leadership, Maxus won numerous awards, including Agency of the Year and Media Agency of the Year.
Lindsay is a passionate advocate for women in the workplace. Lindsay served as President of WACL (Women in Advertising & Communications London) from August 2014 to July 2015. During their tenure, they worked to encourage and support women in the industry to reach their full potential. Lindsay also raised money for NABS (National Advertising Benevolent Society) and for the Alzheimer’s Society.
Lindsay Pattison has a BA Hons 2.1 in Eng Lit from the University of Stirling. Lindsay also has a certification from The Leadership Consortium (TLC) in the TLC Leaders Program Certificate of Completion.
