Royston H. is currently serving as General Manager for Waldencast, overseeing operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines since January 2024, focusing on Obagi Medical. Prior to this role, Royston held the position of General Manager for Skin Inc from November 2021 to January 2024, managing operations in Asia. Royston's extensive experience includes working at L'Oréal from October 2013 to November 2021, where roles included Commercial Director, Brand General Manager, and Marketing & Medical Manager for brands such as SkinCeuticals, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy. Before L'Oréal, Royston worked at Beiersdorf as Senior Brand Manager and Neoasia Group as Product Manager.
