Benjamin Malek

Benjamin Malek is currently a Junior Associate in the Tax Department at Walder Wyss Ltd. since September 2023 and serves as a part-time lecturer for the "tax procedure" course at HEC Lausanne. Prior to these roles, Benjamin Malek was a Research Associate and Research Assistant at the Tax Policy Center, University of Lausanne from May 2017 to February 2023. Benjamin Malek holds a Doctorate in Law (PhD) and a Master of Law (MLaw) from the University of Lausanne, a Master of Science (MSc) in Taxation from the University of Oxford, and a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) from the Geneva Bar School.
