Michael Kissling

Michael Kissling is a legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within the field of law. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Walder Wyss Ltd. since June 2020, Michael previously held positions as an Associate at the same firm. Michael's earlier experience includes roles as a Gerichtsschreiber at the Handelsgericht des Kantons Bern and as a Gerichtsschreiber i.V. at the Obergericht des Kantons Bern. Prior to these positions, Michael worked as a Junior Associate at Homburger and as a Hilfsassistent at the University of Bern. Michael began the legal career with internships at two Wirtschaftsrechtskanzleien in Zurich. Michael obtained a Master of Law from the University of Bern, complemented by a study stint at the University of Helsinki in 2014.
