Stefano Fornara

Stefano Fornara represents parties in international arbitrations under the major institutional rules and in ad-hoc proceedings, and often acts as arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations. He is a committee member of the Gruppo Arbitrato della Svizzera Italiana and a member of the Club Espanõl del Arbitraje. He also regularly represents clients before Swiss state courts in commercial as well as in employment law litigation procedures. He acts for various medium-sized and larger companies and their executive management, advising them on all legal matters related to their daily operations, in particular contractual matters and employment law. He advises private clients and HNWI on estate and succession planning and, as a public notary, he also gives advice and provides services in all notarial matters.
