Christopher Westlund

Christopher Westlund has a solid background in the hospitality industry, with a focus on catering and events. Christopher most recently served as the Director of Catering and Events at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills since April 2018. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Director of Catering at The Garland from December 2016 to April 2018. Christopher also held the role of Director of Catering and Events at The Commons Hotel from March 2016 to December 2016. Christopher has extensive experience as a Senior Catering Manager, having held positions at The Marquette Hotel, Hilton Hotels Worldwide from 2010 to 2012 and again from 2015 to 2016. Christopher also worked as a Senior Catering Manager at the Waldorf Astoria Chicago from 2013 to 2014 and at the Swissotel Chicago from 2012 to 2013. Christopher started their career as a Catering Manager at the Park Plaza Hotel, where they worked from 2004 to 2010.

Christopher Westlund obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of St. Thomas, where they attended from 2001 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a White Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from GoLeanSixSigma.com in July 2018.
