Mars Panlasigui has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. They started their career as an Executive Assistant at The Peninsula Manila in 2010. After that, they worked as a Lifestyle Manager at Quintessentially from 2011 to 2015. Following this, they joined Quintessentially Travel Group as a Lifestyle Travel Executive from 2015 to 2017.

In 2017, Mars Panlasigui moved on to work as an Estate Manager at ROADS Group for a few months. They then joined Sydell Group and held two roles at The NoMad Los Angeles: Concierge from 2018 to 2019, and Reservations as part of the Pre-Opening Team in 2017-2018.

Afterwards, they joined Soho House & Co as a Manager on Duty at Soho Warehouse, where they were part of the Opening Team from 2019 to 2020. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Dream Hotel Group from 2020 to 2021, and later as a Rooms Division Manager at Dream Hollywood from 2021 to 2022.

Most recently, Mars Panlasigui worked at The Aster as the Director of Guest Experience as part of the Pre-Opening Team from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant Director of Front Office Operations at Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills, starting in 2023.

Mars Panlasigui pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management from 2006 to 2010 at the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
