Nicole MacIna

Nicole Macina has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Catering Sales Manager at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club since March 2016. Prior roles at the same resort include Event Manager, Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Front Office Supervisor, Guest Services Supervisor, Group Reservations Coordinator, Rooms Controller, and Housekeeping Supervisor. Prior to this, Nicole worked at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts from May 2013 to March 2016 in various positions including Front Desk Agent, Kids Club Attendant, Pool Attendant, and Valet Cashier. Nicole pursued education at Saddleback College from 2014 to 2020.
