Fatima Imam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer services and social media management. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Services & Social Media at WALEE since February 2023, Fatima is responsible for client success through effective onboarding and engagement, delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders. Additionally, Fatima has held a role as Customer Experience Lead - Global at Hakeem Easy Finance since April 2024, focusing on improving customer journeys and app ratings. Previous roles include Assistant Director and Project Manager at DAO Proptech (Pvt) Ltd., and Head of Business Development at Micronox and Ibtada Events. Fatima also has experience as a Team Coordinator for WWF - Pakistan and participated as a Youth Social Media Influencer at Serena Hotels. A graduate of Fatima Jinnah Women University, Fatima holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
