James Sanderson began their work experience as a Chartered Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in September 2009. James held this role until January 2018. In January 2018, they joined Wales McLelland Construction as their CFO. The end date for their current CFO position is unknown.
James Sanderson attended Kwantlen Polytechnic University from 2007 to 2008, where they studied Accounting. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology from The University of British Columbia, where they studied from 2001 to 2006. In addition, James has certifications as a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC and as a Chartered Professional Accountant from CPA Canada.

Wales McLelland Construction has been operating in Vancouver for 50 years with professional expertise in General Contracting, Design-Build, Construction Management, sustainable and LEED™ building, tilt-up construction, and pre-design planning and consulting services. Wales McLelland is a privately held company with Doug Scott (President), Tony Vigini (Vice President, Development) and Kevin Armon (Vice President, Construction) all as shareholders. Senior personnel include Darren Sauer (Director, Development), Janis Lawrence (OH&S Manager), Dave Iurman (Chief Estimator), Warren Downes (Manager of Operations), Paul Bordignon (General Superintendent) and Kyle Scott (Field Manager). Our Senior Management Team collectively has over 100 years of construction experience in the industrial, commercial and residential markets. Internally, we have thirty-plus full time office staff and fifty-plus field staff to support and administer every project and ensure its successful on-time delivery.
