Lisa Davies

Lisa Davies is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Director of Finance at Wales & West Housing since July 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa held multiple positions at Cardiff University from June 2020 to July 2024, including Director of Financial Planning and Performance and Director of Treasury Operations. Lisa's extensive background also includes a tenure at the University of South Wales as Deputy Director of Finance from April 1995 to May 2020 and a position as Head of Finance at Pontypridd College from October 1992 to March 1995. Lisa began a career in finance at PwC as a Graduate Accountant from September 1989 to October 1992. Lisa holds a degree from Aberystwyth University, where studies were completed from 1985 to 1988.
