David Robinson

David Robinson has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. David is currently serving as the Business Services Director at Wales & West Utilities since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Indigo Networks from June 2019 to April 2021.

David also has a previous work history at Wales & West Utilities, where they held multiple roles, including Head of Business Change from April 2018 to May 2019, Finance and Business Strategy Manager from July 2017 to April 2018, Finance & Commercial Manager from February 2010 to July 2017, Finance Manager from April 2008 to February 2010, and Senior Management Accountant from June 2005 to April 2008.

Before joining Wales & West Utilities, they worked as a Management Accountant at National Grid from November 2002 to June 2005. David's early career includes positions as a Contracts Officer at BG Group from May 2000 to June 2001 and as a Graduate Engineer from September 1998 to May 2000.

David Robinson completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, from the years 1995 to 1998. Later, they pursued further education at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they earned a degree in Chartered Management Accountant in the year 2008.
