Harry Gallop has a diverse background in both the culinary and gas engineering fields. Currently serving as a Gas Engineer at Wales & West Utilities since November 2021, Harry also holds the position of Sous Chef and Chef Tournant at Pale Hall, where Harry has worked since January 2018 and August 2016, respectively. Prior experience includes roles as Sous Chef at Y MEIRIONNYDD LIMITED and Brigands INN, where responsibilities ranged from food preparation to high-end catering events. Harry's journey began with hands-on roles in various restaurant settings, including the George III Hotel and The Mawddach Restaurant. Complementing this practical experience, Harry pursued formal education in Hospitality and Catering at Meirion Dwyfor College from 2012 to 2015.
