John K Jones

John K Jones has extensive experience in the gas and plumbing industries, currently serving as a First Call Operative and Emergency Engineer at Wales & West Utilities since May 2022. Prior to this role, John worked as a Gas Engineer at Tai Gogledd Cymru | North Wales Housing from December 2010 to May 2022, where John also completed an apprenticeship as a Gas Engineer. John's career began as a Plumbing & Heating Apprentice at Rok for a brief period in late 2010. Educationally, John holds a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing & Heating and ACS Gas qualifications from Coleg Llandrillo, attained between 2009 and 2014, as well as a Level 3 qualification in Ion Leadership from Bangor University, completed in 2020.
