Erick Rudiak

Erick Rudiak is an accomplished cybersecurity executive with extensive experience in leading information security programs across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Walgreens Boots Alliance since February 2024, Rudiak previously held the same role at Boston Consulting Group from September 2022 to February 2024. As Chief Technology Officer at Northwestern Mutual from October 2019 to June 2022, Rudiak directed a team of over 2,500 engineers in custom enterprise software development, significantly enhancing time-to-market and reducing software defects. Rudiak also served as Chief Information Security Officer at Express Scripts from 2011 to 2019, managing a team focused on protecting the personal data of over 200 million individuals. Early career experiences include leading global information protection at Hewitt Associates. Rudiak holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and completed the Chief Risk Officer Executive Education & Certification at Carnegie Mellon University's Heinz College.
