James Fountain

James Fountain has extensive experience in technology risk management and information security, currently serving as a Manager of Technology Risk & Compliance at Walgreens Boots Alliance since February 2022. Prior roles include positions as a Senior Information Security Analyst and Information Security Analyst at Walgreens from 2013 to 2022, as well as an Information Assurance Analyst and Local Registration Authority at SRA International from 2007 to 2012. James began a career in security with a Program Analyst position at the Pentagon from 2002 to 2007 and served in the United States Marine Corps from 1993 to 2002, achieving the rank of Sergeant. James Fountain holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems (Information Security) from DeVry University, earned between 2013 and 2016, and a high school diploma from Deptford Twp. High School in New Jersey, completed in 1991.
