Marco K. serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Walgreens Boots Alliance, overseeing legal and regulatory support for international businesses, including Boots U.K. Previously, Marco held various prominent legal roles, including General Counsel for Walgreens Boots Alliance's Pharmaceutical Wholesale and Retail Pharmacy International, and General Counsel for L'Oréal in Europe and Global Travel Retail. With a rich history in legal leadership, Marco has also served as Vice President and General Counsel for Ralph Lauren in the EMEA region and as Senior Counsel at Procter & Gamble, handling corporate transactions and external business development.
