Dave Gudgel

Dave Gudgel serves as the Director of Church Health for Venture Church Network since January 2021 and co-founded Bible StoryBoards in January 2015, focusing on making the Bible's story accessible through 15 simple pictures. With extensive experience in church leadership, Gudgel has been a National Live Events Instructor for Walk Thru the Bible since June 1986, and previously held the position of Lead Pastor at Bridges Community Church from 2010 to January 2021, Senior Pastor at Bethany Bible Church from 2002 to 2009, and Senior Pastor at Agoura Bible Fellowship from 1977 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Ministry in Preaching from Western Seminary, a Master of Divinity in Practical Theology from Talbot Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Westmont College.
