Len Crowley

Len Crowley serves as the International Director and Director of the Residency at The 6:4 Fellowship since August 2019. As a Co-Founder of Whole in One since 2016, Len focuses on multi-ethnic collaborations. In addition, Len founded Forgiven Communities in January 2015, advocating for biblical church purpose and principled governance. As an Outsource Partner with Counsel & Capital and a Trusted Advisor in a self-employed capacity since September 2013, Len provides strategic insights. Since June 2005, teaching elder responsibilities have been fulfilled at NorthWord Church. From 1983, Len has been a National Instructor with Walk Thru the Bible and previously directed Urban Initiatives at the Leadership Institute For Entrepreneurs (LIFE) from 2017 to 2022. Len also served as Executive Director at PLI Global from 2008 to 2013, guiding a multinational team in ethical leadership training. With prior experience as Managing Director at Counsel & Capital from 2000 to 2008, Len holds an M.Div in Systematic Theology from Talbot Seminary and a BA in Sociology from Carleton College.
