Rafael Arce-Torres is currently working as a Project Manager at Walkcon, LTD since August 2019. With experience in the US Army as an Electrician and Interior Electrician, Rafael has a background in installing electrical components and reading blueprints. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Construction Project Management.
