Rafael Arce Torres

Rafael Arce-Torres is currently working as a Project Manager at Walkcon, LTD since August 2019. Prior to this role, Rafael served as a Construction Superintendent at Shames Construction from December 2018 to August 2019. With experience in the US Army as an Electrician and Interior Electrician, Rafael has a background in installing electrical components and reading blueprints. Rafael also worked as a Police Officer at the Puerto Rico Police Department from October 2000 to May 2013. Rafael holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science and is pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Construction Project Management.
