Dan Mintz has over 16 years of work experience, starting in 2003 as part of the National Advance Staff for Wesley Clark for President. In 2004, they continued their work in politics as a part of the National Advance Staff for Kerry-Edwards 2004. In 2007, they joined Obama for America as an Advance team member. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Consulting Intern and later as a Consulting Manager at The Wonderful Company. In 2011, they transitioned to Teleflora, where they held various roles such as Director of Sales Operations, Managing Director, and VP of Sales & Membership. Dan then moved on to Papaya Payments in 2016, serving as the SVP of Sales & Marketing and later as an Advisor. In 2017, they joined Silversheet as the VP of Sales and Marketing, eventually becoming the Chief Operating Officer. Most recently, they joined Walker Advertising—Legal Marketing Solutions in 2019, taking on the role of Chief Revenue Officer.

Dan Mintz received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vassar College, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Walt Whitman from 1992 to 1996. Dan later pursued higher education at UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration from 2006 to 2008.
