Morgen Ruff

Morgen Ruff is an experienced operations and production manager with a strong background in the arts and film industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at the Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association since September 2024, Morgen also works as an A/V Technician and Projectionist at Walker Art Center, specializing in the presentation of diverse moving image media. Previously, Morgen held significant roles such as Director of Production for the Annapolis Film Festival, Festival Manager for the MSP Film Society, and Programmer & Exhibition Program Manager at Northwest Film Center, overseeing key film festivals and managing extensive budgets. Education includes a BA, Summa Cum Laude, in Film Studies & Philosophy from Portland State University, and ongoing pursuit of a Master's in Graphic & Web Design at Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
