Taylor Jasper

Taylor Jasper currently serves as the Susan and Rob White Associate Curator of Visual Arts at the Walker Art Center since January 2023, following a tenure as Assistant Curator of Visual Arts. Prior experience includes roles at The Momentary as a Curatorial Associate and Curatorial Assistant from 2020 to January 2023, and multiple positions at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts between 2017 and 2020, including Curatorial Research Assistant and various internship roles. Taylor's earlier experience in customer service is exemplified by a role as Prestige Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty from 2015 to 2020, along with administrative roles at My College Fit and the Embassy of Antigua and Barbuda. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in African-American/Black Studies and Art History from William & Mary, completed in 2018, and graduated from St. Catherine's School with a high school diploma.
