Girard Hardy has over a decade of work experience in marketing and brand strategy. In 2007, they started as an Event Coordinator and Athletic Marketing for Women's Basketball at Utah Valley University. In 2009, they became an Account/Marketing Manager at LIME Marketing, where they led a team in developing and executing brand and marketing strategies for clients. In 2010, they were a Brand Manager for Demand Generation at Workfront, an Adobe company, where they led global brand campaigns and events, demand generation activities, budget management, customer retention and vendor/agency management initiatives. In 2014, they became a Senior Brand Manager for Nike Running, where they directed product launches for limited-edition, high-touch running products and managed cross-functional teams of up to 100+. In 2017, they started their own consulting business, Girard Hardy Consulting, as a Brand Marketing & Strategy Consultant. Finally, in 2018, they joined Walker & Company Brands, Inc. as the Director of Brand Marketing, where they developed and executed the first-ever influencer strategy for the company.

Girard Hardy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Marketing from Utah Valley University.
