Eric Khoa

Eric Khoa is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in multifamily capital markets. Currently serving as Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop since May 2023, Eric previously held the position of Director at Wells Fargo Multifamily Capital from June 2015 to May 2023. Eric's career at Wells Fargo also included a role as Senior Commercial Mortgage Analyst, specializing in the analysis and evaluation of conventional and affordable multifamily loans for GSE, CMBS, and portfolio placement. Prior to this, Eric worked as an Investment Analyst at Freddie Mac, underwriting multifamily loans and conducting property inspections as part of due diligence. Eric holds an MBA in Finance from San Diego State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
