Jessica Schmidt

Jessica Schmidt is an experienced finance executive with a robust career in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Affordable Development at Walker & Dunlop since December 2021, Jessica also holds the title of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Affordable Equity, Development, and Preservation division. Prior to this role, Jessica was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Alliant Capital, which was acquired by Walker & Dunlop.
