Keith Melton

Keith Melton is a seasoned commercial mortgage banker with extensive experience in the finance industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop since January 2012, Keith specializes in commercial mortgage banking. Prior to this role, Keith held the position of Vice President of Origination at Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage from 2004 to November 2011, focusing on the origination of multi-family FHA, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac loans tailored for the apartment, assisted living, and nursing home sectors. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Welch College, earned between 1990 and 1994.
