Meimei Zhao

Meimei Zhao, CFA, CCMS, currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Servicing Compliance & Analytics at Walker & Dunlop, having held the position since September 2020, and previously worked as Vice President of Servicing Compliance. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Enterprise Risk and Governance in Multifamily Capital Markets at Newmark Knight Frank from October 2018 to September 2020, following a long tenure at Berkeley Point Capital LLC in asset management and servicing roles from 2003 to 2018. Early career experiences include positions at Morgan Stanley, Berkshire Mortgage Finance, and United Overseas Bank. Meimei Zhao holds a Master of Science in Finance from Suffolk University - Sawyer Business School and a BA in International Economics from Fudan University.
