Mike Nellius

Mike Nellius, CPA, currently serves as AVP of Financial Reporting at Walker & Dunlop since January 2023, having previously held the position of Manager of Financial Reporting. Prior experience includes roles at PwC from January 2017 to January 2023, progressing from Associate to Senior Associate, and an internship with PwC in mid-2016. Earlier experiences include positions at Anchor Aquatics Inc, where Mike served as Area Supervisor and Pool Manager, overseeing pool operations and staff management. Mike's career began as a Lifeguard with the City of Annapolis from 2010 to 2013. Mike holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland, completed in 2016.
