Russell Oldham

Russell Oldham serves as the Managing Director at Walker & Dunlop since October 2021, bringing extensive real estate expertise gathered over more than fifteen years. Prior to this role, Russell held the position of Executive Vice President Multifamily at CBRE from July 2011 to October 2021, specializing in the listing and sale of multifamily properties. Russell's career also includes roles as CFO and Vice President of Development at Hathaway Properties, Inc., where responsibilities ranged from financial oversight to asset management and property development. Previous experience includes land acquisition and development at NVR, controller and sales at Sy.Med Development, and early career positions at Arthur Andersen. Russell holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
